1. Who sells and how to reach us
The seller is ParchesNow, based in Medellín, Colombia. The store products are provided by different brands and suppliers that ParchesNow selects, but the purchase is with ParchesNow: we charge, handle your order and answer for it, including withdrawal and warranty. For anything about your order write to the support address at the end of this document, quoting the order number.
Once the company running the platform is incorporated, this section will carry its legal name and tax ID.
2. How an order is placed
You add items to the bag, tell us where to deliver them, review the total and confirm. Before paying you always see the full breakdown: items, quantities, subtotal, shipping and total.
Your order total is calculated by our server from the items and quantities you send, never by the browser. If a price changed while your bag was open we tell you, and you have to review it before continuing.
The order is formed when we confirm the payment was approved. Before that it is registered and pending.
3. Prices and taxes
What ParchesNow sells is shown by default at its price in dollars (USD), and you can read it in Colombian pesos (COP). You are always charged in Colombian pesos (COP), for the amount in pesos you see before you pay, and that amount includes applicable taxes. Shipping cost, where it applies, is shown separately before payment and added to the total.
Prices can change at any time, but never after you confirm: what you pay is what you saw.
4. How payment works
Payment is processed by Wompi, the payment gateway. Available methods are Bancolombia, PSE and Nequi, shown at checkout.
Your payment details are entered in the gateway's environment and never pass through ParchesNow: we receive whether the payment was approved or declined, its reference and its date.
If payment is declined the order stays pending and is not dispatched. You can try again or write to us.
5. Confirmation and tracking
On confirming you receive the order details by email, and the order stays in your account with its current status.
- Pending: registered, awaiting payment.
- Paid: the charge was approved and it moves to preparation.
- Preparing: it is being packed.
- Shipped: it left towards your address.
- Delivered: it arrived.
- Cancelled or refunded: it was never delivered and the money goes back.
6. Delivery
Every order is delivered by courier to the address you give: ParchesNow has no pickup points and no cash on delivery — you pay online and we dispatch through our shipping providers. Depending on the product, the brand or supplier that provides it ships it directly, on our behalf.
For delivery we ask for recipient, phone, ID number, address and city. The ID number is required by the carrier to hand over the parcel, which is why it is shared with whoever ships it.
Delivery times depend on the city and the carrier, and are stated on your order. If a shipment is later than expected, write to us: if the delay is ours, you can ask to cancel and get a full refund.
Check the parcel on arrival. If it comes open or damaged, note it with the courier and tell us the same day.
7. Right of withdrawal
For distance purchases you have five business days from receiving the product to withdraw and return it, without giving a reason. It is the right given by article 47 of the Consumer Statute.
To exercise it, write to us within that window and return the product in the same condition you received it: unused, complete and with its packaging. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the product was faulty.
Once received and checked, we return the money through the same payment method within thirty calendar days.
Withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products, to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, or to digital content already downloaded or consumed.
8. Payment reversal
When the purchase was fraudulent or unsolicited, when the product was never delivered, or when it arrived different from what was ordered or faulty, you can request a payment reversal: the money returns to the method you paid with. This is article 51 of the Consumer Statute.
Request it within five business days of learning of the fact, notifying both us and your payment provider, and returning the product if you have it. We process it on our side without arguing the merits first.
9. Legal warranty
Everything we sell carries the legal warranty: it answers for quality, suitability and proper working order. The term is the one set by the producer and, where none is set, the one the law fixes for that kind of product; it starts running on delivery.
To claim it, write to us with your order number, tell us what is happening and attach photos if they help. Depending on the case it is repaired, replaced with an identical one, or refunded; if repair does not solve it, you can demand replacement or a refund.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage or modifications made to the product.
10. Changes, cancellations and sold-out items
While the order has not entered preparation you can ask to cancel it by writing to us: if it was paid, it is refunded in full.
Voluntary changes —another size, another colour— depend on availability and on the product being unused. They are not a legal right: they are a courtesy, and we tell you if we can.
If a product sells out after your purchase, or we spot an obvious pricing error, we tell you, cancel that line and refund it. We never charge more because of our own mistake.
11. Refunds
Money always returns through the method it was paid with, to whoever paid. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or wallet, not on us.
When a refund is partial —because you returned part of the order— the shipping already performed is deducted, unless the return is due to a fault or a mistake of ours.
12. Memberships
Memberships are paid in advance, by the month or by the year, and do not renew by themselves: each payment covers a single period. Cancelling the renewal keeps the benefits until the paid period ends; it does not refund a period already enjoyed.
If you subscribed at a distance and have not used it yet, the withdrawal right of article 47 of the Consumer Statute applies: five business days from subscribing.
13. Misuse
We may refuse or cancel an order when there are signs of fraud, when the payment method does not belong to the buyer, or when the same account piles up returns without cause. If that happens we tell you and return what was charged.
14. Claims
Write to us first: most cases are settled in a couple of emails. We answer every purchase claim within fifteen business days.
If you are not satisfied, you can turn to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, Colombia's consumer protection authority.
