These terms govern your use of the ParchesNow website and waitlist while we prepare the product launch.

1. Acceptance

   By using this site or joining the waitlist, you accept these terms as published. If you disagree, do not use the site.

2. Service

   ParchesNow is a social platform in development to discover places, clubs, and plans and connect people. Features on the landing may change before beta and public launch.

3. Waitlist

   Email signup does not guarantee beta access or a launch date. We may contact you with product updates; you can unsubscribe anytime.

4. Acceptable use

   You may not use the site for illegal activity, impersonation, spam, or attempts to compromise service security.

5. Intellectual property

   ParchesNow brands, design, and content belong to their owners. Do not copy or redistribute without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

   The site is provided “as is” in pre-launch. We are not liable for indirect damages from use of this site while the product is not in production.

7. Changes

   We may update these terms. We will publish the current version at this URL with a revision date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

8. Termination

   We may suspend or remove your waitlist registration, or limit access to the service, if you breach these terms or for operational reasons during beta and pre-launch.

9. Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence where they apply.
