How to register your place

You can buy your membership before or after registering the place.

Find or register your place
Search for it; if it is not there, register it right there. If you have no membership yet, you choose the one you are interested in.
Tell us who you are
With an account, your details and a file that shows the place is yours or that you are part of it.
We check it
We check that the place exists and meets the conditions; we normally reply within 24 hours. If we approve it, your place appears under “My businesses”: if you already have a membership it applies to it; if not, you pay for it from there.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before paying or before registering a place.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Parches Personal is free and asks for no card: you create your account, explore the 200 venues of the Aburrá Valley and join the plans you like. Pro Max is optional.

How do I get a business membership?

By buying it here, just like Pro Max: you do not need a venue to buy one. Afterwards you register or claim your venue — search for it, tell us who you are and upload a file that shows it — and the team checks it with you. You can also do it the other way round: register the venue first and pay when we approve it, from “My businesses”.

Can I have a business membership if my business is online-only?

No. Business memberships are for physical venues in the Aburrá Valley, because they are for managing them in Places. That is why we check them by talking to you.

Is there a free trial for businesses?

Yes: Business Growth includes a 7-day free trial, once per account and with no card, and it starts the moment you ask for it. Since nothing renews by itself, nothing is charged when it ends: we let you know beforehand, you keep all your information and you decide whether to extend it with Growth, move to Starter or ask us for an Enterprise quote. To register and manage your venue we do need to check it; we normally reply within 24 hours.

What is the difference between registering a venue and claiming it?

Registering a venue is free and anyone can. Claiming it means «this venue is mine»: once we check it you manage it and can add what an ordinary person cannot, like the menu and the products.

What is the difference between Starter and Growth?

Starter is for keeping your venue up to date: one menu and up to 30 products. Growth includes everything: up to 3 menus and 100 products, 8 credits a month to promote, priority in search and priority support. Small businesses usually start with Starter.

Can I cancel Pro Max whenever I want?

Yes, from your account and without calling anyone. When you cancel you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid; it is not cut mid-month and the next one is not charged.

What happens to what I created if I stop paying for Pro Max?

Nothing is deleted. Your plans, clubs and venues stay and people still see them. The only thing that comes back is the publishing limit: 1 new venue a month (Personal's quota), and the counter resets on the 1st.

What currency is it charged in?

Colombian pesos. The prices on this page are the ones you will see at the gateway, with no conversion or surprises.
