What does it cost to show up?
During the Medellín pilot there is no fee for businesses: what we are building is the catalogue. If that changes, this page will say so before anyone is charged.
How do I get in?
Through the contact form: tell us what space you run and where it is. There is no automatic sign-up, because every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
How long until my business is visible?
The review sets the pace, and complete photos and opening hours are what speeds it up. A half-finished listing does not get published.
My business is already in the catalogue — what now?
Write to us anyway. The more than two hundred verified places were built by hand, and nobody is better placed than you to correct hours, photos or category.
Can I change the listing later?
Yes. Photos, hours, category and description are yours and can be edited whenever they change.
Do I need the app to be listed?
No. The web already works and is where people find you today. The mobile app arrives on December 1, 2026 carrying the same listing, with nothing to upload again.
Does it only work in Medellín?
For now, yes. The model grows city by city, and verifying by hand is what sets the pace.
Do you guarantee more customers?
No — and be wary of anyone who promises that. What we give you is visibility at the moment someone is deciding where to go, plus the reach figures that already exist. The rest is your business.
