About Tranvía de Ayacucho
A 4.3-kilometre tram and pedestrian corridor that revitalised eastern Medellín. Along Calle Ayacucho, modern rubber-tyred cars run beside wide pavements full of murals and graffiti by local artists, traditional cafés, street food, barbershops and community meeting squares that connect the San Antonio station with the east of the city.
Walk along the pedestrian boulevard of Ayacucho, admire the street art galleries and murals of 'Medellín se Pinta de Vida', enjoy traditional paisa street food and ride the Miraflores and Trece de Noviembre metrocable lines.
